A public hearing before the Town Board was called to order at 7:00 pm in the Town Hall by Town Supervisor, Kenneth DeRitter.
Present: Kenneth DeRitter, Town Supervisor Susan Morris, Town Clerk/Collector
Michael Dieter, Councilmember
Peggy Gelser-Webb, Councilmember Richard Morris, Sole Assessor/Dog Control Officer
James Myers, Code Enforcement Officer
All minutes are filed in Town Clerkâs office for review.
Not Present: Councilmember Jesse Griffith & Councilmember Kelly Mann, Mark Ringelberg, Highway Superintendent
Alex Pierce, Town Historian

Jim Myers, Kelly Lacy, Debra Moose, Bob Moose, Troy Emke, Jerry Gagne, Sherry Gagne, Rich Morris, Benjamin Edelman
Public Participation:
Town Supervisor presented the information on solar farms in the Town of Grove. Jim stating CEO info.
Supervisor asked anyone that would like to ask questions or make statements. Supervisor will contact lawyer to draw up some paperwork. Discussion ensued regarding what our law would have in it as to what they can or cannot do and which would be non-invasive within the law.
Supervisor asked about a panel to come up with the items to put into the solar farm law.

Resolution 4-2026
The Board has given permission to the Town Supervisor to go forward with the moratorium.
Michael Dieter made the motion and Peggy Gelser-Webb seconded it to have the Town Supervisor go forward.
Carried. Ayes 3 Dieter, Gelser-Web& DeRitter

Absent 2 Griffith, Mann,

With no further business, Peggy Gelser-Webb made the motion and Michael Dieter seconded it to Adjourn.
