Our Commitment

A Website Every Resident Can Use

The Town of Grove wants this website and its public records to work for everyone, including people who use a screen reader, screen magnifier, voice control or only a keyboard.

The Standard We Follow

We build and check this site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the standard named in the Americans with Disabilities Act Title II rule for town governments.

Every page is tested by machine on a computer screen and on a phone.

Meeting Minutes, Agendas and Forms

When the Town Clerk posts a document, a tagged PDF that screen readers can follow, and where possible a web version you can read on this site, are made automatically, usually within minutes.

The document as filed with the Town Clerk is the official record. If you find a difference, the Clerk’s copy controls.

What We Are Still Working On

  • Documents posted before October 2026 are being converted.
  • Fill-in forms keep their original PDF so the fields still work. Ask us for another format.
  • Scanned paper documents are read by machine; ask us if a page is hard to follow.

This statement was last reviewed on October 16, 2026.

Need Something in Another Format?

Tell us the page or document and what would help: large print, a paper copy, another file type, or a problem you ran into. You do not need to give a reason.
